Apply Early to Receive Your Visa in Time.

Delegates from outside Canada and the United States will need to apply for a visa at the Canadian High Commission, Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing offices in their country of origin. The application for a visa must be supported by a letter of invitation for the Forum. Delegates requiring an official Letter of Invitation from the Forum should read the below information.

To obtain a visa, you will need:

  • A letter of invitation (Only available for full paying International delegates – contact [email protected]),
  • A valid passport,
  • A passport photo and
  • Visa Form

Visa Application Tips:

If you are planning to attend, apply for your visa as soon as possible. Attaching evidence of any previous visits to our event may help shorten the application processing time. Attaching evidence of your intended trip home can shorten the application processing time.

 

Delegates from Nigeria, Ghana and Sierra Leone

Delegates from Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Ghana can receive support from our Africa Partner’s Team. Please contact [email protected] if you need a visa to attend the Forum from these countries.

 

Letter of Invitation Application

Request Your Letter of Invitation.

Before visiting the Canadian Embassy or High Commission, you will need a letter of invitation to attend the Forum. To receive this letter you must register and pay the registration fee in full for the Forum. As soon as your funds clear in our bank, a letter of invitation can be requested by emailing [email protected].
